By accessing or using SpeechGen AI services ("Service"), operated by SpeechGen AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

SpeechGen AI provides AI-powered audio production tools through speechgenai.com. Our services include:

• Text-to-speech (TTS) generation with 200+ premium AI voices in 29+ languages
• Voice cloning technology to create custom AI voices from audio samples
• Audio and video transcription with speaker detection and multiple export formats
• Multi-language support with automatic language detection
• Commercial usage rights for all generated audio content

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use SpeechGen AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or distribute through our Service.

Voice cloning is a powerful technology that requires responsible use. You may only clone voices that you own (your own voice) or for which you have obtained explicit, verifiable written consent from the voice owner. Any cloned voice content must clearly disclose that it is AI-generated when required by law or context.

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all audio content you generate using our Service, subject to compliance with these Terms. SpeechGen AI retains ownership of the platform, AI models, voice library, and underlying technology. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell our voice models or platform technology.

SpeechGen AI operates on a one-time credit purchase model — no recurring subscriptions. Credits never expire and can be used at any time. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Pricing may change with prior notice. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase under conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

SpeechGen AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or revenue loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Unused credits in terminated accounts are non-refundable in cases of policy violation.
