Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:

• Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password — or your basic Google profile (name, email, avatar) if you sign in with Google.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by our payment provider, Polar. We receive and store transaction records, your subscription plan, and status — we never see or store your full card number.
• Content you create: text you convert to speech, voice descriptions you write for voice design, audio you record or upload for voice cloning, and the audio or images the Service generates for you.
• Usage data: your generation history, credit balance and credit ledger, and which features you use.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, server logs, and cookie or analytics identifiers.

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service — generate speech, clone and store your custom voices, transcribe audio, and keep your history and library available to you.
• Process subscriptions and credit purchases, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Respond to support requests and send essential service emails such as verification, password reset, and billing notices.
• Prevent abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and keep the Service secure.
• Understand aggregate usage (via analytics) so we can improve features and performance.

To generate output, the content you submit is processed by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf: Inworld AI (text-to-speech, voice cloning, and voice design) and Google (Cloud Text-to-Speech and Gemini models). We send these providers only what is needed to fulfil your request — for example the text to synthesize or the voice sample to clone. Their processing is governed by their own security and privacy commitments.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• The AI providers described above, to generate the output you request.
• Polar, our merchant of record, to process payments.
• Google Analytics, which collects aggregate, pseudonymous usage statistics.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Voice recordings are sensitive, and we treat them accordingly. You may only clone your own voice or a voice you have explicit permission to use. Samples you record or upload, and the custom voices created from them, are stored so your voice library keeps working, and are shared only with the AI provider that powers the feature. You can delete a custom voice at any time from your dashboard; custom voices on the free plan may be removed automatically after a short period.

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. Essential cookies cannot be switched off while using the Service; you can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Your generation history and custom voices remain until you delete them or your account. Payment and credit-ledger records are retained as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data — most account details can be edited directly in your dashboard.
• Delete your content, custom voices, or your entire account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), securely hashed passwords, access-controlled infrastructure, and isolated storage for your audio files. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, and notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
